Access to and use of the laku77 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age. laku77 strictly prohibits use of its Platform by anyone under the age of 21. If laku77 determines or has reasonable grounds to suspect that a Player is under the minimum age, the Account will be suspended immediately, all transactions will be reversed, and any winnings will be forfeited.

• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and not be subject to any court order or other restriction that would prevent you from entering into contracts.
• Single Account: Each individual Player is entitled to maintain only one (1) Account on laku77. The operation of multiple accounts by the same individual is prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension.
• Self-Exclusion Status: You must not be subject to a voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion order on laku77 or any affiliated platform. If you are currently self-excluded, you must not attempt to re-register or circumvent the exclusion in any way.

To access the full range of services on laku77, you must register a Player Account. By completing the registration process, you warrant that all information provided is accurate, complete, and up to date.

3.1 Registration Requirements

• You must provide a valid email address, a username, a secure password, your full legal name, your date of birth, your mobile phone number, and your preferred payment method.
• All details submitted at registration must match the details on your official government-issued identification document (e.g., Indonesian KTP or passport).
• You are prohibited from using a false name, another person's identity, or any fictitious or misleading information during registration.

3.2 Account Security

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. laku77 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account.
• laku77 will never request your password via live chat, email, WhatsApp, or any other communication channel. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support immediately.
• You must notify laku77 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account by contacting us at [email protected] or via live chat.

3.3 Account Closure by Player

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting laku77 customer support. Any real-money balance remaining in your Account at the time of closure (excluding Bonus Funds that have not met rollover requirements) will be refunded to your registered withdrawal method, subject to KYC completion.

laku77 operates a mandatory KYC verification process in accordance with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards and responsible gaming obligations. KYC verification is required before processing any withdrawal request and may be required before accessing certain platform features.

4.1 Required Documents

• Proof of Identity: A valid, government-issued photo ID — for Indonesian residents, a national identity card (KTP) or passport is accepted.

4.2 Enhanced Due Diligence

laku77 reserves the right to request additional documentation — including source-of-funds declarations or enhanced identity verification — for accounts that trigger enhanced due diligence thresholds under our internal AML policy. This may include, but is not limited to, accounts with cumulative deposits exceeding Rp 100,000,000 per month or accounts exhibiting unusual transaction patterns.

All deposits to your laku77 Account are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). laku77 supports deposits via the following channels: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri (Bank Mandiri), CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

• Minimum Deposit: Rp 50,000 per transaction.
• Maximum Deposit: Rp 100,000,000 per single transaction, unless otherwise agreed in writing with laku77 for high-volume VIP accounts.
• Processing Time: Transfers via local banks during banking hours (08:00–22:00 WIB) are processed instantly. Off-hours transfers may take up to 24 hours to reflect in your Account balance.
• Deposit Fees: laku77 does not charge deposit fees. Any fees levied by your bank or e-wallet provider are the responsibility of the Player.
• Currency: All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah. Deposits in other currencies will be rejected and returned.
• Ownership: You may only deposit funds from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.

Withdrawals from your laku77 Account are subject to the following conditions. Completing KYC verification is a prerequisite for processing any withdrawal request.

• Minimum Withdrawal: Rp 50,000 per request.
• Maximum Withdrawal: Rp 50,000,000 per single transaction for standard accounts. VIP Diamond and above accounts may be eligible for higher limits — contact your account manager.
• Processing Time: laku77 targets an average withdrawal processing time of under five (5) minutes for standard verified accounts during peak hours. Processing times may vary during system maintenance windows.
• Withdrawal Method: Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the bank account or e-wallet registered on your laku77 Account. Withdrawals cannot be redirected to a third-party account.
• Rollover Compliance: Any real-money balance subject to an active rollover requirement cannot be withdrawn until the rollover is completed. Real money deposited without activating a bonus is not subject to rollover restrictions.
• Withdrawal Fees: laku77 does not charge withdrawal fees. Standard bank transfer fees, if any, are borne by laku77 for standard accounts.

laku77 offers various promotional incentives to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral bonuses, and seasonal promotions (such as those tied to Idul Fitri, Indonesian Independence Day on 17 August, and Ramadhan). All bonuses are subject to the following general terms:

7.1 Rollover Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms, all bonuses credited to your Account are subject to a rollover (turnover) requirement before the bonus funds — and any associated winnings — become eligible for withdrawal. The specific rollover multiplier applicable to each promotion is stated in that promotion's individual terms page. Players are advised to read promotion-specific terms carefully before opting in.

7.2 General Bonus Conditions

• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.
• laku77 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer, modify its terms, or cancel credited bonus funds at any time if laku77 determines that the bonus has been claimed in breach of these Terms or the promotion's specific conditions.
• In the event that a Player withdraws a real-money deposit before completing the applicable rollover, laku77 reserves the right to deduct the bonus amount and any associated winnings from the withdrawal.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, manipulation of deposit/withdrawal cycles, or exploitation of a technical error, will be forfeited, and the Player's Account will be subject to immediate suspension.

7.3 Bonus Expiry

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds expire thirty (30) calendar days from the date of credit. Any unexpired bonus funds remaining in the Account after this period will be forfeited without notice.

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activities on the laku77 Platform, including sports betting (bandar bola — football wagering markets such as Asian handicap, Over/Under, mix parlay accumulators, and 1X2), togel (numbers lottery), live casino, slot games, crash games, and all other available markets.

8.1 Finality of Bets

Once a bet or wager has been confirmed and accepted by the laku77 system, it cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the Player, except as expressly provided under laku77's in-play cash-out feature (where available) or in the specific game rules.

8.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits are displayed at the time of bet placement and vary by game type, market, and Player account tier. laku77 reserves the right to amend stake limits at any time without prior notice.

8.3 Void Bets and Abandoned Events

In the event that a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before completion of the minimum required playing time (as defined in laku77's sport-specific rules), all bets placed on that event will be declared void and stakes returned to the Player's Account balance.

8.4 Technical Errors

If a bet is accepted due to a technical error, pricing error, or system malfunction, laku77 reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake to the Player. laku77 is not liable for any loss of anticipated winnings arising from such a void. Winnings resulting from exploited pricing errors will not be paid and may result in Account suspension.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the laku77 Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action:

• Multi-Accounting: Creating, operating, or benefiting from more than one laku77 Account, whether directly or through a third party.
• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity documents, impersonating another person, or misrepresenting your age, location, or financial circumstances to gain access to the Platform.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematically claiming bonuses across multiple accounts, exploiting rollover structures, or engaging in "bonus hunting" behavior as determined by laku77's internal risk team.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to manipulate game outcomes, including in poker, live casino, or any peer-to-peer game format available on the Platform.
• Money Laundering: Using the laku77 Platform to disguise the origin of illegally obtained funds, structure deposits to avoid reporting thresholds, or engage in any transaction intended to facilitate money laundering or terrorist financing.
• Use of Automated Tools: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any automated tool to interact with the Platform, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage over other Players or the Platform.
• VPN / Proxy Circumvention: Using a VPN, proxy server, or any other technical means to bypass geo-restrictions or access the Platform from a Prohibited Territory.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorized payment chargebacks or disputes through your bank or payment provider for deposits that were legitimately received and used on the Platform.

laku77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a specified timeframe following a withdrawal request.
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months. Inactive accounts may be subject to a monthly dormancy administration fee of Rp 10,000, applied until the balance reaches zero or the Player reactivates the account.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute by the Player's bank or payment provider.
• Any other circumstance in which laku77 determines, in its sole discretion, that continued Account operation poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or the security of its Players.

In the event of Account closure for a breach of these Terms, laku77 reserves the right to confiscate any balance — including real-money funds — held in the Account at the time of closure, where such balance is directly linked to the prohibited conduct.

laku77 is firmly committed to providing a safe, responsible, and controlled gambling environment. Gambling should be an entertaining activity, and laku77 provides the following tools to help Players maintain control:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps directly from their Account dashboard. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Players may set maximum net loss thresholds per day, week, or month. Upon reaching the defined limit, the account is automatically suspended for the relevant period.

laku77's total aggregate liability to you for any direct damages arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

laku77 collects and processes your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the laku77 Platform, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

laku77 does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared only as strictly necessary for the operation of the Platform (e.g., with payment processors and KYC verification providers) or as required by applicable law or a competent regulatory authority.

laku77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email notification to the address on file and/or via a prominent notice displayed on the Platform upon login.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent laku77 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court of law where necessary to protect its rights or property.
